SMS communication is used exclusively for: • Addressing customer inquiries. • Sending reminders for scheduled appointments. • Informing customers about important deadlines and dates. Customer Authorization All customers voluntarily provide their phone numbers to receive SMS updates when they contact us through our business cards, Instagram page, or other channels. By reaching out to us, customers agree to receive text messages for the purposes outlined above. Message Frequency Text messages will only be sent as needed. Typically, customers will receive messages in the following cases: • When they have questions regarding their immigration process. • When an appointment is scheduled. • When a reminder is required for an important deadline. On average, customers can expect to receive 4 to 6 messages per month, depending on their needs and the progress of their immigration case. Opt-Out Process Customers can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message. Once we receive the request, we will immediately cease sending further messages, except to confirm the cancellation. Support Hours We respond to SMS inquiries Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages sent outside of these hours will be addressed as soon as possible on the next business day.
